  • Krystal met with Jesse; oriented to the CDL-sandbox and testing spreadsheet; Jesse asking to clarify type of feedback desired from Discovery – Krystal noted discovery/ui/ux/search, and also indicated types of issues surfaced so far, and considering end-user experience. Discovery is meeting this Friday, and will be exploring the test results and Decision Tree flow.

  • Report (generally): Report structure is coming together, and team to start filling in the placeholder areas.

  • Visibility pre-assessment: Propose two weeks for campuses to complete the assessment? Allow another 1-2 weeks buffer for DCPT to follow-up with campuses that need more time.

    • Proposed timeline: May 9 (request feedback from Ops); May 16 (assessment goes out); June 1 (responses due from campuses); June 3 (buffer time for campus responses);

  • Recommendations/strategies for DCPT post June 2022:

    • Advisory group? CKG? Some way to convene conversations around issues such as, surface digital content hyperlinks? Who to consult/confer with to discuss these types of strategies?

    • Considerations in knowledge-sharing within the digital collections and Alma/Primo spaces.

    • Where does the Alma/Primo knowledge sit within the campus libraries? Different for each campus.

    • Variations in how digital collections services and staffing is situated at campus libraries.

    • Could potentially propose to re-conceptualize the Digital Repository Metadata CKG?
