3	Ex Libris Consulting				This initial meeting will be to review the project/s and how Ex Libris can be of assistance. Notes/Topics for Ex Libris Consulting Provide Ex Libris access to our charge Introduction - 5 min How does our consortium work? - 15 min Lisa Mackinder gives overview of how system looks like and how we interact with campuses from the financial perspective. Current status Vendor, license data, and content was migrated. Acquisitions data was never in an ILS. Currently working on adding order records and figuring out related workflows. What are we hoping to get out of this consulting? - 10 min Someone with a really solid understanding of how the Network Zone is suppose to work. How to get all our data into the system and making it visible and useful. How does this make troubleshooting and communicating with campuses effective? Reviewing workflows we’ve developed to make sure it works as efficient as possible. Awareness of future development that may affect us. Shared understanding of UC needs. Logistics - 25 min What can they offer? What can’t they help with? Specifically, when do we have to go the ticket route instead? How are billable hours counted, especially involving prep work? For example, if Alma isn’t working as expected, does troubleshooting that count as prep time. Questions for us? Next steps?
