4	Vice Chair voting season!!	15		LG-SC has discussed the idea of using an “opt out” candidacy idea. Everyone is a candidate unless they have reason to opt out. - Discussion Idea of assigning alphabetically; SILS all-chairs offers support for Chairs. Socialize it as “opportunity for leadership” Perhaps exempt in first year of service.
