Only challenge to us may be in extracting comments from the tool.	We’ve decided to go forward in using Retrium for the post-mortem.	@Chrissy Rissmeyer (she/her) (Unlicensed) will help with setup. @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) will share Retrium with other SILS groups.
3	Timeline (revised)		15	@Claudia Horning (Unlicensed)	Several team members gave feedback on the timeline. @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) shifted the order and updated dates on some of the tasks. A list of questions for the Discovery group has been created. @Lisa Schiff (Unlicensed) and @Gabriela Montoya (Unlicensed) have already begun work on developing documentation. Our ingest plan remains to ingest all items from nominated collections. A number of our tasks are contingent on feedback from and conversation with the Discovery group.		Group members will need to help identify examples of MARC collection records that contain 856s links to digital collections content. Will also need to consider ingesting a sample collection-level only record(s) for a digital collection(s). This would give us, Discovery and campus stakeholders a couple different record types and strategies to compare.
