2	Updated Decision Tree		15		Question for group: do we want to include the path with the option to share all items, or outline the path for collection-level only? 3	Prepping for Phase 4 Handoff		15		Phase 4 Handoff Template needs to be completed. The template presumes the group has done a postmortem session first (Part 1 asks for summary of postmortem discussion) DCFG will need to fill out Handoff spreadsheet tab		All members: provide any comments on Google Drive clean-up ASAP @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) and @Rachel Jaffe to do first draft of Phase 4 Handoff template (due Dec 3)
4	Housekeeping: Post mortem Companion doc Follow up with Discovery group		10		We will need to hold the postmortem discussion next Monday 11/22 due to other scheduling needs Companion doc: received feedback that it would be helpful for doc to reflect the flow of the Decision Tree (which has been significantly edited) This would require a lot of revision. Looking for volunteers?	We will save the current version of the Companion Doc as “Version 1” in Google Drive, then create a copy (“Version 2”) to continue substantial editing If Companion Doc is not finished by end of Phase 4, we can include it as ongoing work in the Handoff template	@Chrissy Rissmeyer (she/her) (Unlicensed) to set up a room in Retrium and lead the postmortem session @Lisa Schiff (Unlicensed) and @Jolene Beiser (Unlicensed) volunteered to help with editing the Companion Doc @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) will reach out to Discovery group to schedule a follow-up discussion (aim is to share an updated version of Decision Tree, and to talk about how Discovery and Digital Collections groups will continue working together after Phase 4 ends)
