3	Digital Collections for Test	What is a reasonable timeframe for harvesting from Calisphere? From local repositories?	10	Everyone	Reminder: please add collections if you have not already. Discussion around the focus of our harvest from Calisphere for Test Phase: collection-only records or all-items. There is interest in doing both to be able to compare. Not possible at present to harvest collection data from Collection Registry: Do we want to invest effort in developing this functionality during Test? Can we ingest a mock-up or dummy collection record containing metadata elements from the Registry instead?	Use UCLA’s Golden State Mutual collection for test collection record.	@Lisa Schiff (Unlicensed) & @Gabriela Montoya (Unlicensed) will be working on this including looking at harvest of collection-only records. @Lisa Schiff (Unlicensed) will give a progress report next week.
4	Update/Discussion on Finding Aids		15	Everyone	See Rachel’s helpful mapping example here. Discussion around harvest of OAC finding aids into SILS including: how ASpace fits into this conversation; possible recommendation re harvesting MARC record vs. OAC, vice versa; are finding aids even within our purview as DCFG.		@Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) will reach out to Discovery FG and Special Collection Escalation Group.
5	Parking lot			Everyone	Kate had posted to Slack: Can we revisit a previous discussion about the COLLECTIONS feature in Alma/Primo VE? So far Kate has found that everything has to be in Alma first, in order to create the collections. UCI has one collection of this type.
