Version 1 – Three links, all labeled “Digital library link” but are three separate images. Depup off: multiple versions shows three separate records. (UCLA liked this version better for digital collections material, but in generally it sounds like the DEDUP on might be preferred by discovery group at UCLA) Chrissy asked if anyone had set up side-by-side comparsions from Calisphere & local DAMS in test instance – sounds like no one has. SC has decided to pull in Calisphere version.
3	UCR Workflow for adding collection-level records to Alma		15	Krystal + everyone	Distinction between collection-level record for physical collection vs. collection-level record for digital record (which may be a subset of materials from the physical collection). Calisphere record may have more information. Also some digital collections in Calisphere that are not archival collections (e.g., yearbooks). Baca (Herman) Papers example (If you follow the link, the MARC record is first, and the OAC-based, Dublin Core record is second. Note the source says “Calisphere” but the metadata is from OAC) Would be good to define what we mean by “collection record” in decision tree (e.g., archival collection vs. digital collection). Another suggestion was to add screenshots to the companion document.

5	Parking lot			Everyone	Kate had posted to Slack: Can we revisit a previous discussion about the COLLECTIONS feature in Alma/Primo VE? So far Kate has found that everything has to be in Alma first, in order to create the collections. UCI has one collection of this type.
