1	Welcome!	Get the meeting started; review and understand the agenda; raise questions	5	Claudia	Chrissy will be notetaker in September, with Lisa as backup. Starting in October, we will start rotating alphabetically based on first names. Becky is first up in October.
2	News from PPC (Policy & Practice Coordinators) meeting	Learn relevant news, context, decisions, etc. from PPC meeting	15	Claudia	PPC has come up with some deadlines for decisions that need to be made by FGs/ELGs and approved by PPC, prior to the Test load. Our proposed deadlines, which need to be approved by the ICs, are: October 16 deadline for issues that need to go to ELGs October 30 is the date PPC finalizing our Test decisions Systemwide Work Planning: As we’re testing & otherwise doing our work, if we identify areas of work that we think should be handled at the systemwide level, we’re trying to collect those. Anyone in our group should feel free to add issues to this spreadsheet or contact Claudia and Rachel to have items added; please notify Claudia and Rachel if you add something on your own. Claudia will work with folks to get Calisphere and eScholarship added to the Systemwide Work Planning
3	Testing	Review plan to test Digital Collections discoverability in Primo VE	10	All	Draft testing worksheet. Are any campuses planning on testing an OAI harvest during the Vanguard? Would be helpful to begin tracking testing scenarios in the spreadsheet now for any anticipated issues (ex: records with rights restrictions) By the next time we meet, we should have access to the Primo layer, so we should be able to do some testing before. Are any Vanguard campuses going to ingest collections separate from Calisphere? Should Calisphere and eScholarship be added to the Systemwide test? Claudia says probably so.		Everyone to add testing scenarios/anticipated issues to the Vanguard testing worksheet. Improvements/suggestions for the worksheet welcome as well.
4	Task Reports	Updates on any previously assigned tasks	5		Question: do we have clarification on which FG is responsible for managing HathiTrust record migration?		@Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) to follow up with PPC to confirm which group will work with CDL on HathiTrust records. The answer to this is to add it to the Systemwide Work Planning list so that we get a decision. Lisa will talk with Rachel about the issues she and Kathryn Stine added to the DCFG testing spreadsheet.
