Anyone who expects to have an Alma account should fill out and submit the Data Security form now. Others who anticipate needing an Alma account at a later date could also fill out to be proactive
3	Testing	Develop a plan to test Digital Collections discoverability in Primo VE	15	All	Draft testing worksheet. Are any campuses planning on testing an OAI harvest during the Vanguard? Suggestion to include an ExL ticket ID or Basecamp URL reference for any issues tracked in the spreadsheet. This edit was made during the meeting Would be helpful to begin tracking testing scenarios in the spreadsheet now for any anticipated issues (ex: records with rights restrictions)		Everyone to add testing scenarios/anticipated issues to the Vanguard testing worksheet. Improvements/suggestions for the worksheet welcome as well.
