Is anyone else unable to get into the Highwire IP administration tool? I'm just getting an error "There was an error which prevented the page you requested from being served. Please try again in a few minutes." Needless to say, waiting a few minutes does not help. I filled out a contact form yesterday last week and haven't heard back.I'm seeing fewer and fewer vendors in our centralized Highwire list and I'm finding the platform less and less responsive. But if the entire IP update function is broken that is a Problem!
