3	CDLNZ-PT Update		15	@Erika Quintana @Lisa Spagnolo	Quarterly update for CDL NZ group Status: still CDL resource shortage, but working on the testing for various elements such as fund and ledger structure, PO/POL, Vendor info, licenses, etc.. and also working the infrastructure with Oracle for the financial components by next week, they will have something to put Sandbox for testing Challenge: Technical vs emotional attachment( familiar process), Alma Analytics knowledge, testing availabilities, some parts of workflow can not perform in Alma (e.g. communications) - identifying what we can do and can not do with Alma Next Quarter: will do testing with specific scenarios Once working with inventory, there will be more testing and feedback opportunities in campus level
4	Acquisitions-based issue/request for our campuses for some e-resources that are moving to OA consortially		15	@Erika Quintana @Maricel Cruz	E-resource titles for the OA initiatives: payment information and which campus supports the titles (title check) - what is the CDL workflow and communications at the renewal time. Q: Who would be the CDL point of contact person(used to be Adriana) who communicates out to the campuses for the participation/renewal? Communication can not manage through Alma. Communication needs to send out outside of the Alma (e.g. email, etc..) - need to develop consistent/routine communication and new communication path/method between CDL and campuses. we would need Short-term/temporary solution until the CDL contact person is identified. Q: who would be included in the communication and what information is necessary for the communication? CDL can use us as a communication hub Stacy will bring this up to Chair mtg as well We need to identify the priorities for which issues we need to bring up, handle and test for this year - e.g. we can not analytics until we have the NZ workflow
5	CDL / Local campus Workflows - Updates?		Time permitting		5/2: re: CDL-NZ group to support CDL Shared Acquisitions. Waiting to hear more. (Still true 8/15) 4/25 Lisa S. Alma does not handle negative allocations (that was one of the ways we managed the recharge/deposit w/ transactions by title to draw that down). Lisa M. CDL has met with ExL to outline processes / use cases to take ExL development. Current functionality doesn’t fully support current workflows Google Drive space for recording where/how recharges are recorded SCLG supplying fiscal close deadlines. CDL NZ Shared Collections reviewing current workflows, will start with performing needs assessment		All: see the Google Drive space on recharges - and add in if not there already.
