• meeting with E-Res more often would likely be good

• mtg with leadership more often, even briefly, might also be good

• many in Acq team weren’t aware of pressures or issues first joint mtg - many found it overwhelming and confusing

• “harmonization is not a goal” came as a surprise

• opportunity to recalibrate expectations and goals in collaboration with E-Res & leadership

• expectations for having best practices by now to be working toward has been frustrating because they don’t yet exist (CDLNZ-PT working on it, but often found no clear “best” option)

• still group0-level expectations to be able to pull consistent data from campus to campus, and desire to create processes harmonized enough to support that

• not having a Sandbox Analytics is really limiting - not knowing how various options will play out over time in Analytics makes it harder to generate clean, useful data

5-15 meeting focus on reviewing workplan and developing plan for 2023-24 work. Coordinated meeting with E-Res team to develop collaboratively.

• Lisa S. Alma does not handle negative allocations (that was one of the ways we managed the recharge/deposit w/ transactions by title to draw that down).

• Lisa M. CDL has met with ExL to outline processes / use cases to take ExL development. Current functionality doesn’t fully support current workflows

• Google Drive space for recording where/how recharges are recorded

• SCLG supplying fiscal close deadlines.

• CDL NZ Shared Collections reviewing current workflows, will start with performing needs assessment
