SILS Administrative Support
The administrative support roles for Leadership Group and Operations Team are to
Provide meeting management support, including taking minutes and ensuring minutes are publicly shared for the UC Libraries community;
Support the applicable steering committee, including agenda-building, managing open topics/issues;
Maintain the group’s Confluence site.
All overall administrative support is provided by the SILS Operation Center, this includes, but is not limited to
Creation/retirement of Slack channels for project teams and subgroups
Creation/retirement of email listserv for project teams and subgroups
Creation of google shared folders for project teams and subgroups
Updating of SILS website
Updating confluence/wiki for project teams and subgroups
Roster management for Slack, listserv, Confluence and google for existing groups.
