No updates on the FAQ. But working towards aggregating questions.

Search Party document created for staff but working towards a copy for end-users.

Post go-live resources, some additions made.

Tim, Michele, and Courtney: touch base and think through workflow for FAQ
Corliss: make Search Party document for end users

How long will the FAQ remain up for?

3

Post-launch reflections

  • Existing methods on each campus of supporting end users (round robin)

  • Are there gaps that this systemwide group can help with?

  • Endnote connections and issues ?

Already Primo campuses, permalinks that persisted after go-live may not persist after August 27. Check with your local IC to investigate if this is the case on your campus.

Endnote seems to be fucntioning just as well as it had before.

Last unified message from EUOS on Google Scholar.

@Stacy Brinkman (Unlicensed) ask about timeline for rollout of Get it at UC and Google Scholar.

4

Postmortem exercise and offboarding

  • Prep for Postmortem next meeting

  • Working out details of “who are we offboarding to?”

    • CDL? CKGs?

We’ll do this in our Sept meeting.
