    • Make a separate page or an FAQ item (or both) that is end-user focused about what each tool does and what will happen after go-live

  • @Olivia Olivares (Unlicensed) @Rebecca Greer (Unlicensed) @Melinda Livas (Unlicensed): make an end user version of this chart for the website (for the purpose of linking the notifications on Citation Linker, SFX, etc)
