1	Graphic Designer	Set some expectations about deliverables, onboarding			Planning to onboard in January how is this going? PM will start SILS onboarding process when notified. Graphic Designer expectations [updated] 2-4 hours per week starting in 2021 Jan through July (and possibly a few months after go-live) Will not attend weekly meetings. Will come to meetings when visual assets have been created.
