Follow up on

  • Message #2 PM feedback: looks great, proceed!

  • Q: can you get books delivered to the campus you’re closest to (even if you don’t work there)? Ex if you live in LA, but work at UCI, can you pick up from UCLA? Beneficial to add to messaging

    • A: yes, plan to do this, but logistics are still TBD by Fulfillment. Check back on decisions in April

  • Post go-live expectations w/ communications plan

    • Comm plan looks great, meets charge. Timeline on track, SILS Governance should have more decided by go-live.

@Stacy Brinkman (Unlicensed) will reach out to Discovery/Fullfllment about upcoming decisions

Parking Lot

Q: Decisions about configuration: what decisions can local campuses make?

Related: PPC approved our Primo VE Search Profile Configuration decision page on 2/19.

Email or slack to Danielle.Westbrook@ucop.edu with post-phase 4 concerns (She’s the project manager for SILS Governance Task Force).

  • How will the handoff work? EUOS expects messages to be very campus specialized after go-live. Team meetings will be less frequent, expect to still check-in monthly.

April: check on Fulfillment decisions re: “pick up anywhere” as a location option
