Communications Timeline at various campuses

February 2021 - initial communication (after it’s named)
- Version A of messaging - your familiar thing will do more
- Version B of messaging - new thing is coming; former catalog will be replaced
March not during spring break
- Second message of “something coming” - focus on value
April/May before May 14th (when semester faculty leave)
- Maybe 2 messages depending on how much new information we have to release
- Maybe targeted audience messages (faculty, grad students, maybe undergrads?)
Prior to Go Live - Maybe June?
- This may go out to Quarter faculty before June 10

Prep some content/assets to hand over to local teams for post-live
