2	Updates		10	Everyone	Claudia: Shared Retrium with PPC and with UCLA’s SILS DCFG group; both were interested in using it for post mortems/retrospectives, and it turns out that UCLA may also have a license for it. Claudia: The Discovery FG has once again nominated Sharon Shafer (UCLA) and Michael Yonezawa (UCR) to work with us on usability/user experience issues PMs recommend that we create a decision page for whatever we decide with regard to finding aids, to be reviewed first here, then by PPC. Nominations Begin for the UCLAS-Integrated SILS Governance Structure --you can nominate someone or yourself between 10/1 and 10/22. DOC will finalize the group on 11/12
3	Analytics Point Person	Expressions of interest	10	@Claudia Horning (Unlicensed)	Each FG should recomend someone to be the analytics pt. person through 12/23/2021. The time commitment is expected to be minimal. If your interested check with your supervisor and let the DC team know. This group would only serve through the end of 2021. “We anticipate at least an initial meeting with all point people to get organized, and a Slack channel for regular communication. This is expected to be a fairly low-bandwidth responsibility.”
4	Outreach to Stakeholders on campuses & CDL	FG members start identifying stakeholders now, to be ready for when we have harvested content to show them	10		While we don’t have anything harvested, we should identify people/groups at our respective campuses fro check in with as stuff is ready to go--maybe special collections teams or digital library folks?
5	Documenting examples of digital content in Primo	Quick brainstorm on examples to look for (pre- & post-harvest)	10		Example of record for tangible collection with a link to related online content (856 42) vs. a record for a digital collection with electronic inventory/portfolio (856 40) --generated a very long record with a very small hard to see link to the online archive of CA at the bottom Examples of UCSC’s display customizations for collection records with links to finding aids A desire on the public services side led to making minor customizations to the presentation of finding aids. The goal was to have them show up in the search results and on the bottom there’s a link to UCSC finding aids which they’re calling collection guides.
