Item | Desired Outcome | Time | Who | Notes | Decisions | Actions | |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | Welcome! | Get the meeting started; review and understand the agenda; raise questions | 5 | Claudia | We need a notetaker for July. | @Lisa Schiff (Unlicensed) will be the notetaker.

2 | News from PPC (Policy & Practice Coordinators) meeting | Learn relevant news, context, decisions, etc. from PPC meeting | 10 | Claudia | Our group does not need Alma certification. No one in the group currently has Alma certification or is planning on getting it. , @Chrissy Rissmeyer (she/her) (Unlicensed) and @Lisa Schiff (Unlicensed) are both potentially interested in Primo certification, depending on the commitment and campus need. @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) will check on the requirements. |

3 | Environmental Scan + campus tours |
| 20 | @Gabriela Montoya (Unlicensed) @Chrissy Rissmeyer (she/her) (Unlicensed) | People are interested in getting Archive-It content hosted in Internet Archive into Primo, maybe through the CDI.
Maps in ADRL at UCSB also have MARC records. UCSB Wax Cylinder Archives sit on top of MARC records in Alma. Have some records in “old” Calisphere that need to be migrated into their Samvera instance. |
| Need to do more research on Archive-It and pathways into Primo.
UCR and UCB will do campus tours on 7/13; @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) will checkin to see if we want to meet on the 13th or push off to the 20th. |
4 | Finalize document | 15 | Everyone | Revised the vision statement. @Claudia Horning (Unlicensed) will send out by the end of the day today. Will ask everyone to review/confirm soon thereafter. |
