Our “deadline” for the PM and the Handoff is December 3. These are the questions we would be answering in the Post Mortem: What worked? What didn’t work (or could have been better?) What were you expecting someone else to do that didn’t get done? What was unexpected? What did we learn?	Group going forward will be the SILS Digital Collections Project Team. Need to leave a pathway forward for Project Team, possibly functional requirements, etc. Wrangling documentation: decision Tree & companion document into a postportem folder Wait to do Post Mortem closer to the December 3 deadline
