Members should be able to access the NZ but should not make changes. We’ll have to figure out what roles are necessary for testing. There are roles at the institution and library levels. Fulfillment roles have to be tied to a circulation desk. UCSF table describing roles: https://wiki.library.ucsf.edu/display/SILS/Alma+User+Roles Some campuses are creating role templates that can be applied to multiple people. It is unclear whether or not these can be shared. UC requests and non-UC requests will appear in two different areas. Testing a request: A request from UCSD went to Berkeley and hit the NRLF. Resource Sharing Request “No” may indicate that the request is going through the Fulfillment Network. When searching Alma has to populate results before searching. Resource sharing borrowing requests may require Fulfillment Operator or Manager permissions in order to view them. We may not be seeing requests from other UCs as “Resource Sharing” because we are configured as a Fulfillment Network. Resource Sharing - Workflow Actions (Alma): https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/030Fulfillment/050Resource_Sharing/020Managing_Resource_Sharing_Borrowing_Requests |
| Mark will document what permissions and roles are needed for testing at the institution zone. Joe will look into how to distribute roles within the NZ. |

3 | RMFG decision feedback with due dates | RMFG would like our group to take a look at their decisions pages and provide any feedback/concerns to them by their October deadlines Local 856 data 10/7 Bibliographic records to leave out of the Vanguard NZ 10/13 |

| Members should email any feedback they have for upcoming decisions that could impact our scope. |

4 | Test Plan | Check-in about login credentials and patron test accounts. Who can start to test this week? Do we want to get a schedule of everyone’s availability to test, and plan off of that? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1bUjEXKsrlnxASwoYzjm-DmZNpAAnxUge5eR0o9rXDsI/edit#gid=103680270 https://drive.google.com/drive/u/3/folders/1S_UJPBKDBbhIr2C-jEi05_r4076SkQJE?ths=true |
| All | Elizabeth has created a sign-up sheet for the test scripts. This is located in Google Drive on the “Fulfillment Network Testing Worksheet”. Looks like the patron accounts are all created and that everyone has the permissions they need so far. If anyone can create a staff role profile, others can go in and test.
| Members should start signing up for testing. Members should start knocking out the easy tests that only require one actor. |
5 | Parking Lot |
| There are some questions around what other things this group might add to the parking lot. Expiration dates and whatnot.
| Members can add to the parking lot issues that they feel need to be considered or tracked. |
