Suggestions for Vanguard libraries: Given the tight timelines, do minimal cleanup with a focus on essential elements. Marcia suggested it will be very helpful if the scope is made clear before the data extract for Vanguard, e.g. local SCP records can be left alone.

Or, do campuses need to move the data before extraction? ANSWER: This question had been posted to Basecamp already by Liz Miraglia, chair of the RM group.
