What about data cleanup projects that fall completely outside of Technical Services (i.e., Patron Data)? There is a separate group for this.

What is our role with harmonization? We implement but do not make recommendations.

Will we meet our April deliverable, given that it’s April 17? We’re 2-3 weeks behind schedule.

Vanguard libraries have not yet made decisions about data cleanup – when they will do this (before/after pre-migration)

@Catherine BusselenVerify master copy of Phase 3 data cleanup group is in our shared Drive.
@Catherine BusselenCatherine: Ask for an extension on April 2020 deliverable, updated list of data cleanup assignments/activities to be completed before initial migration.
@Catherine Busselen Send to Task Force the list of Ex Libris system guides on recommended data cleanup.
