Alison/All

Poll up on slack. Everyone needs to vote for every change. Need one vote for every site.

If you want to abstain from voting that’s a 3 in the fist of 5.

1 is a full on show stopper.

Q: Once we vote will we review decision with the Fulfillment group?

Q: When should we begin looking out for changes in our requests? A: change will occur immediately upon distribution, not sure how long it will take for impact to be felt

Alison will track down the two people who have not yet voted.

If we get no “1”s Alison will make a ticket to operations center at CDL to implement in Alma.

Alison: inform Fulfillment group of the decision

3

Sandbox Refresh

make sure everyone understands and has access to upcoming sandbox refresh documentation

5

Sandbox doesn’t send emails out unless email is specified as “ok”.

4

Borrowing request backlog

Sabrina seeing lots of requests that have been sitting at other UC libraries for quite a while. Are others seeing this too?

JN: a necessary task to do in Alma: exporting stale requests and moving them along (canceling partner in the borrowing request). Many of the requests that are stuck at other lenders are probably in the “undefined” status in the Monitor Requests & Item Processes queue.

Something to consider would be how long do you give lenders to send the item? Risk of doing it too soon is that you get the item a day or two after moving it along.

5
