| @Alison Ray (CDL) add to 9/7 meeting agenda: 2 tipasa sbs, how/who to test, test cases, list of stuff to config in alma. Sep 1, 2022 |
4 | Update from RS Analytics PT | target delivery for Alma support of ucop schedule c Nov 1, 2022 (schedule c due to ucop dec 16, 2022) | 5 | SFG | Borrowing issues: Exl says that we can’t determine if a Borrowing request was filled based on Status. We see room to use Status and Lender to determine if a borrowing request was filled. Issue with identifying filled “Lending” requests: Our reports use “Linked from another institution” to differentiate AFN requests vs local requests. This field is tied to user accounts and the data is wiped when we anonymize (daily) rendering our reports not useful. There’s a work around for physical items: using “creator” because it incorporates institution symbols but won’t work for digitization because the creator will be the requestor’s email (also anonymized) |

5 | AFN items that are damaged by patrons |
| 5 | Mallory | returned AFN item with damage incurred by patron. Patron data is wiped so we have no way to assign this damage to the patron who checked the item out. Anyone have best practices? Davis trains students to bring damaged items to billing. Fulfillment group is working on some best practices for damaged materials. |

| ‘pu anywhere exceptions’: review shared messages, what would be next steps is the “randomized” part of the rota building actually randomizing things? Jason has a hunch that within the geographical groups it’s creating them alphabetically. (discovered in reviewing schedule c report) RLF requests sticking at B/LA when RLF can’t fill, identify what’s happening, what could be done to ease this problem Sep 7, 2022 Should we have some kind of organized review of release notes that apply to resource sharing?
