Tipasa update

We have two lines of inexplicable irregularities. NCIP accept items are behaving inconsistently. OCLC matches for Rota Automation are not happening. OCLC suspects the field selected for the accession numbers is not optimal. Alison plans to escalate urgency as appropriate.
