Each campus will fill out which recommendation preferred for changes. Document hopes to streamline process.

Exact counts for changes in categories vs. percentages. Items needing in depth review will be highlighted in red.

Suggestions for improvement will be applied to next year’s statistics build.

4

Decision requested: E-resources reporting subcategories

  1. Does anyone have objections to reporting eResources (purchased through any model and OA) and unpurchased but discoverable (unpurchased/candidate DDA and trials)?

  2. Is there any business case for keeping the current subcategories that call out how many items are purchased through a DDA/PDA/EBA model?

5

Streamlining: reports each but only reports purchased to ACRL/ACL.

Will let go of subcategories.

5

Collections library categorization and circulation library categorization

Are there any instances where an item would be counted as General but the circulation of that same item would be counted as Health Sciences or Law or Affiliates?

5

Applies to affiliate libraries.

Will email full group for details via @Lisa Wong
