Team members all worked very well together and contributed We had a clear vision of what needed to get done What didn’t work (or could have been better?) What were you expecting someone else to do that didn’t get done? Hindrance of decision making Could have been better: how we worked with OT, communication, feedback on reports that we delivered, SILS Townhalls, etc. What work is remaining? Our recommendations included work that can be done in the future What was unexpected? The charge for our group was more cross disciplinary than we expected and our group was comprised of all metadata people Turnover was a bit unexpected however this may have been due to the extra year What did we learn? Delegation is necessary Organization of SILS Some perceptions of the group were that the work of this group was production rather than guidance Campuses having their own Primo instances make this work more difficult	Everyone reflect on questions for debriefing at last meeting.
