They see “extra work.” This is a gap between staff practitioners & leadership Library budgets are quite low & are going to be cut even more. It’s even more important to have strong business proposals with good EQ - why work A should be done and why work B should no longer be done. We have to show we’re aware of the need for balance and people’s capacity		EIMP-PT will meet with and hear from Caitlin on Friday, July 26 at 11am.
