OA Project Team Questions:

What worked?

  • Team members all worked very well together and contributed

  • We had a clear vision of what needed to get done

What didn’t work (or could have been better?) What were you expecting someone else to do that didn’t get done?

  • Hindrance of decision making

  • Could have been better: how we worked with OT, communication, feedback on reports that we delivered, SILS Townhalls, etc.

What work is remaining?

  • Our recommendations included work that can be done in the future

What was unexpected?

  • The charge for our group was more cross disciplinary than we expected and our group was comprised of all metadata people

  • Turnover was a bit unexpected however this may have been due to the extra year

What did we learn?

  • Delegation is necessary

  • Organization of SILS

  • Some perceptions of the group were that the work of this group was production rather than guidance

  • Campuses having their own Primo instances make this work more difficult

Everyone reflect on questions for debriefing at last meeting.
