Updates

Awareness that SILS co-chairs may join occasionally (once a month, bi-weekly - TBD)

Question from ICs: can / should we start designating alternates? IC-SC wants to do that for ICs. Might as well do it for other teams at some point?

  • Project co-chairs will join meetings occasionally. PM Leads to determine what the highest value meeting time would be for SILS project co-chairs to join a meeting/participate.

  • Question from ICs. Didn’t have time to fully flesh out this question, but started drafting some questions about what it means to be an alternate and what the ramifications are.

    • What does it mean to be an alternate? When do you need access to project tools? What’s the escalation path - who gets notified when?

    • When would an alternate be engaged? How long must you be gone for?

    • For an extended leave beyond 3 weeks: Let your group co-chairs know.

    • Return to this topic.

PM Leads welcome SILS co-chairs to join a meeting.

Added the topic of designating alternate cohort members to the parking lot for next week’s meeting.

Parking Lot

  1. Designate alternates for cohort members for extended absences? What’s the process?

  2. Do we make the PM Leads weekly meeting an Operation Leads weekly meeting?

  3. PM Leads to determine what the highest value meeting time would be for SILS project co-chairs (Chris & Günter) to join a meeting/participate.
