How will this look like? The statement will go into the Outlook invite. For IT spring training: Was there a timeframe? Ex. For accommodations, contact your campus organizer at least two weeks in advance. For IT documents hub: which guidelines/standard of accessibility to follow? Example of web accessibility guidelines For EUOS: if the audience for end user training materials includes students (ex. student workers) then there is more liability. UCB 2016. The audience is staff who will then help end-users. Confluence questions: Where to store consortial documents long term? (How long will Confluence exist?) other consortial document hubs: SUNY, CSU, CARLI, Orbis Cascade Alliance, GALILEO (Georgia) Able to give Brian David and Sylvia Page administrative access to Confluence? Would like to create a hidden page to start building a document hub but don’t want to share it before it’s ready. Resourcing self-organized local teams for internal training and end user outreach What are campuses doing?
