1

Checkin/quick updates/anything from slack or email

  • Don’t forget to check the Task report for your outstanding tasks and check them off when done.

Determine who will present at the SILS TH on 3/16? Joanna!

All

  • PM slide is done with talking points!

  • Decision slide is waiting for 2 more decisions expected from RMFG. And needs brief explanation of the RMFG decisions. There may be a few more decisions.

Joanna will present

@Lena Zentall (Unlicensed) to add the rest of the decisions and flesh out some talking points.
2

EUOS communications plan for post go-live

Determine if the plans meet expectations/needs

Joanna

  • WHAT DID WE DECIDE WERE THE NEXT STEPS FOR THIS? WE DIDN’T TAKE ANY NOTES

    • [Joanna] Next steps: EUOS will proceed with the EUOS communications plan. Last harmonized message on website and via local campus communication channels will be on July 27 (go-live) or in August/September when school starts again (might be left up to local teams).

  • After go-live, EUOS plans to leave messaging to local teams at each campus. At that point, campuses will have their own Primo configurations and will need to tailor their materials for local campus needs (using their own site’s screenshots, etc.). Comm plan

Question: is any oversight/additional review needed before publishing? Each campus will takeover communicating to their patrons; no need to harmonize after go-live. Makes sense but would be good to run by WG so no one is surprised.

Take to WG for ensure no objections. FYI to SGTF/WG for transition planning.

Consultant visit followup

Carlo suggested doing a followup with the first couple of groups to get a consultant to see if it helped:

  • What’s the best way to do this?

  • Who should do this?

  • What questions do we want to ask?

10

All

  • What’s the best way to do this? F2F on Zoom.

  • Who should do this? Whoever is available but ideal to have the PM associated with that group do it.

  • What questions do we want to ask?

    • Did you get your problem resolved?

    • Anything else we should know? (about the process or otherwise?)

6

General checkin

  1. Is anything blocked or behind schedule?

  2. What deliverables are coming in the next week?

  3. Any decisions, consultations or approvals needed in the next week?

  4. Do you need anything?

  • UC Library Search wordmark for Discovery use is a campus level decision. It’s not an EUOS decision.

@Christine Barone (Unlicensed) to ask Discovery to let PMs know if wordmark will be used on Primo.
