1	Checkin/quick updates/anything from slack or email Don’t forget to check the Task report for your outstanding tasks and check them off when done.		5	Christine, Lena	FYI- Josephine brought a question to the PMs and the PPC co-chairs on Slack about a place where already-Alma campuses can post their current workflows so that new-to-Alma campuses can see them. We all agreed that the new Training Document Hub was the most logical place for those items to live (so that all trainings/workflows were in one place). Josephine is going to inform Dominique. Nothing for PMs to do.
2	Updates from SILS groups at Ex Libris weekly project update meeting	SILS PMs to consider the best way for SILS groups to give updates at the weekly project update meetings. Audience: helpful for ExLibris and the broader campus community 10 minutes max. Round-robin rotation? (2 or 3 groups each time?) or open call for what’s new and important?	20	All	FYI for format ideas, IT has been holding round robins at last two meetings: https://uc-sils.atlassian.net/l/c/cirYmn7K https://uc-sils.atlassian.net/l/c/01yDRdSr . Shared rotation order the day before first meeting, emphasis on sharing and discussion (v. informal). IT splits it up - reserves a few minutes at the end of each meeting for group members to do a round robin Discovery, Fulfillment, (Digital Collections) AcqERM, Resource Management (Digital Collections), PPC Implementation Groups: ILSDC Patron Data ICs? Possible questions: What’s new and important? What deliverables are coming in the next week? Any decisions, consultations or approvals needed in the next week? What challenges are you encountering? Is anything blocked or behind schedule? Do you need anything? Allow time for questions (time-permitting) Start with AcqERM, RMFG on March 1 (we will have 4 meetings in March to cycle through all)

Do you need anything?	10	All	[Joanna Q]: discovery and UC e-links: using the UC library search wordmark as the button. FYI - IT is putting together “open houses” to connect library staff across libraries to help each other and do demos. Ex. UCSC would show new to Alma campuses how they create new patron records, etc. Very beginning stages, but the goal is to help people connect (and continue to after phase 4). Timing on this TBD. Need to gauge interest first.		@Joanna Kang (Unlicensed) will check in with Josephine on the naming/buttons for Alma link resolver. @Joanna Kang (Unlicensed) will check with Peter Soriano to see if anyone else at UCB has been certified yet.
