Topic / Desired Outcome | Time | Who | Notes | Decisions | Actions |

---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
1 | make sure Jason records meeting / any announcements? | 1 | Jason |

2 | Email news from Steve Burke | 10 | Jason | Possible avenue to develop a more reliable Analytic. Go over the email. UCB will compare this report to the manual count of lent digi requests. TBD: is this something to be run at each campus, or can it be pulled from the NZ? |

3 | Alma release notes https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Release_Notes/2024/Alma_2024_Release_Notes?mon=202405BASE | 15 | Jason | Keep eyes on these for any changes in production functionality: From April release (Fixed!): 06496116 - Request Sharing Request form incorrectly populates 'article title' field |
4 | VDX bad characters in PDFs | 10 | Kristen | Bad coding on CJK characters (results in VDX unable to print - fix is to edit the problematic field and remove bad characters). What is the origin of the problem? UCB had example of the characters populating poorly in the initial Alma Borrowing Request but could not recreate the request as the patron placed it. Keep eyes out for origin of the problem and share with RSOST if you discover anything! |

5 | Capture important topics for future discussion

| items being kicked out to WorldshareILL at end of ROTA even though we have those items in our catalog (Demitra) [RS OST SC notes 5/1/23: hold for consideration post Tipasa implementation]: ‘pick up anywhere exceptions’: review shared messages, what would be next steps |
