1 | (STANDING ITEM) Subteam Roundup | Check-in on OSTs - capture any shared issues or cross-team task | 0 | Team | F -
Resource Management:
Acq: Reviewing needs assessment from the CDLNZ-PT. (Related - mentioned CDLNZPT work, especially challenges around seeing other units in progress purchases, to Shared Print Steering Team when the issue of collective purchasing decisions came up.) Resource sharing: still digging into analytics (disappointment in lending stats growing…); met with vendor (OCLC) about ext. broker (VDX with Tipasa) replacement; (with f ost) working on consortial user block for afn requests; starting to think about adding in other rs alma modules ('direct' fulfillment netowork, p2p ill-ing) Discussed future approach to Primo Enhancement request Hashing out testing for CDI Full Text Search toggle, Preparing to revisit FRBR Suppression after the Alma/Primo refresh, test locally, then report in mid-Sep. Discovery is slow going. Every "bug" that we uncover ends up uncovering more, interconnected problems that we have to take to Ex Libris and then wait for them to confirm and fix. I assume this will be a normal thing for us and the Discovery workplan will grow faster than things will be resolved. |

2 | Access for non-cohort staff to Cohort Drive | Make a recommendation / policy for access | 15 | Team | SOC had a request for “the entire Drive” and was wondering if that was okay. = Broad access is fine - we’re not worried about people within UC Libraries being “malicious actors”. But SOC should do a little reference interview to find out what folders they actually need. Parameters:
OST chairs will always be notified, so there’s oversight. |

3 | Questions from Slack |
| 5 |
| There are assumptions and questions throughout the system (especially not SILS) about what the NZ can do, what data it has, etc.
Is there an education need for non-SILS staff to (re)learn about Alma/PrimoVE and how it works so far?
|
| @Tom Bustos to bring education request to OT/LG |

6 | ExL Support Call Questions for the next call (4/18) | ExLibris / UC Library Support call Monday, April 18. Do you have any questions that would be appropriate for a consortial call with the North America Support Team? Specific Tickets that need to be addressed? | 10 | Tom/Team | feel free at any time to reach out to UC side of this team SILS SM (Caitlin), OT chair (Tom), OTvhcair (Jackie), NZ Admin (Gem SL) Resource Sharing folks have been putting in tickets on how to make Analytics - there are zero canned reports from ExL for our set up - can we ask them for some? (mentioned in comment on UCD case # 06321175)
