• UCD turned on Person Info Card in Production Primo (example) (ExL documentation)

OT update:

• Working with EXL on the problems with the new UI; low adoption rate due to various bugs; campuses are encouraged to submit additional issues

• CDL has drafted the proposal Running identify records that are not used in the Network
  We already have a process for CZ orphan records

• Expanded NZ access has paused. No action is taken beyond NZ analytics permission

TJ will make sure to include Marcus in the Zoom invitation!

Question for the group: How much more time do folks need to review these reports?

• Problems are mostly vendor records and import process

• Set a deadline and delete everything after that, or check back in later (in a month or so)?

• Some campuses feel ok if the records get deleted. Others need some more time to be ready.

• What do we do with the data coming from UCM?

• Campuses should focus on the data they know are theirs.

• We would like to see if new fields keep coming in or not

“Modern MARC” records from LC (see documents from the latest BIBFRAME Forum). Is anyone planning on doing similar things with their MARC cataloging (e.g. not use 6XX form subdivisions and use 655 fields instead)? Will there be any significant effects on display and discovery?
