4	Local Notes in NZ		10 mins	All	(physical items) and (E-Resources) UCLA-specific notes should all be resolved; UCSB notes should be resolved; UCSC Spec. Coll locations referred, others resolved; other campuses in process of cleaning up TOC continuation 590s seem to be coming in from WDUs, although I couldn’t find any documentation of it. (We had similar local 590s that migrated from Voyager, too.) Anyone know about Casalini notes e.g. “Class proposal made for PQ4126.P7 for Prose poems?”	Currently we are in process of cleaning up existing problems Next step should be exploring the cause so that we do not need to continually clean these up. Is it an OCLC or Ex Libris problem? Other causes? No objections to the idea of stripping 590s out of incoming records if has no $9 LOCAL/local	@Hermine Vermeij and others, explore the new functionality, Restrict Editing of Metadata Fields, to see if it will be useful
5	Discovery - Exclude eBooks from CDI Results		10 mins	All	Discovery has started work on this decision: Are we ok being in the “informed” section of the RACI? Are there electronic collections we’d like them to specifically look at when testing?	We are fine with being kept informed. If the decision is to make changes, we want to be informed in advance so that we can review the proposed changes

UCD: Art original; Art reproduction; Broadside; Chart; Ephemera; Flash card; Graphic; Other visual material; Pamphlet; Photograph; Picture; Poster; Technical drawing; Transparency UCSB: Other (we use very limited number of Item Material Types) UCLA: Probably inconsistently! We have a lot of options available and no real policy. Stats (numbers of items for each type); “Graphic” looks like the winner.
