1	Updates/announcements (Please add in advance)		10 mins		Hermine Regarding the NZ records that we tried and failed to protect from WorldCat Updates: we’ve now unlinked about 164K records from the NZ. A subset of those (about 3800) are the ones that were affected by WCUs, and they are helpful to have around because they show a fuller version history than the IZ versions. Should I report the majority of NZ records for deletion? Ok not to delete the 3800 just yet? Ok to have some 903s hanging around, or should I try to hunt them down and ask for a norm job?
2	UC/ExL Meeting for CJK Search results follow-up		15 mins		Sandbox testing: Liz asked ExL to enable the Korean Language feature, the sandbox jobs are taking…a while.
3	506 fields	Start a discussion	15 minutes		We protect 506 fields largely because of the need for the OA icon. Are there other 506 fields that we consistently need (thinking of dlf records)? Are there ones we can consistently try to delete during import? Feedback from UCLA OA Metadata Librarian was that we’ve been adding the OA 506s to OCLC, so we would be fine to discontinue its protection in Alma.
4	Non-English Language Records		15 minutes		Should the NZ be English-language only? Are parallel language records allowable duplicates? If not, how to resolve them? Question from UCSB: Can we send English language cataloging that is missing 040 $b through WCD as a first step? We cleaned some of ours up pre-migration but they have been wiped out by older versions of records loaded before us.

6	Parking Lot/additional discussion				Alma August release has five CZ “Managed by Community” collections where portfolios can be deleted by everyone Interest in session answering questions on how campuses decide when or why to use CZ Limited Search Functionality in Alma and Analytics EL has been asked repeatedly to index all MARC fields. There is a limit on the number of local parameters we can set up, and there is a need to identify data that is not indexed (example, content type) Alma Idea Exchange: Add 880 field to the Bibliographic Details dimension table in Analytics Sharing session idea - fun with the CZ? (Maybe in conjunction with e-res?) Evaluate and refine WDU configuration
