    Update:

    • AASAPT May report/recommendations is with DOC right now; will go to the CoUL July 10 meeting (pending DOC’s endorsement)

    • Special Collections & Archives - HOSC. Review of Slack update

    4m - @Danielle Westbrook

    • SILS-LG has endorsed the report/recommendations; there was a slight delay in transmission, but the report is now with DOC; it will then go to CoUL for review (pending DOC’s endorsement).

    • Engagement with HOSC - opportunity to ensure shared/common understanding of how/what is being excluded from network zone reporting for SC&A (to reduce double counting, as those counts will be submitted separately by each campus). This will also allow us to account for SC&A exclusions prior to officially running the data in the summer; when we “officially” run the 22/23 data, all physical materials (by Resource Type and campus) will be reported, as opposed to isolating special collections separately; each campus will then submit applicable local data (including some SC&A holdings).

    Steering Committee update

    • Summertime Socialization plans

    • Notice - proposal for charges for Team’s next iteration

    3m - Ellen

    Meeting notes: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OEeV1L5qZAhKaAgFtL93GAizypbk4YI0IUuYkinX6X8/edit#heading=h.3buki5hvyhr0

    • Agreement, socialization will be important. Need to further clarify that this will reduce work; that there will be some cataloguing irregularity across the system that is now highlighted with our systemwide approach, which impacts stats.

    • Socialization should emphasize appreciation for folks who’ve been doing this work over the years; that we are surfacing opportunities for data clean-up, in shifting to a systemwide approach, but clean-up priorities are to be evaluating amongst other priorities (no clean-up mandates coming from AASA-PT).

    Prototype 6 Review - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1KPcTRkB_ATzRB9jRbormy18luNF8Xa_1/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=117774353520272561086&rtpof=true&sd=true

    35m - @Daisy Nip

    • V6 data is available for all campuses except for the UCB and UCLA specific campus reports (the underlying query works in Alma Analytics, but the system keeps timing out - Daisy is investigating).

    • Query edit: Need to edit/expand special collections query/code to include all variations, e.g., add RLF items with UCLA notes that include “Spec[space]Coll” .

@Daisy Nip will update Prototype v1 (which is linked from the AASA-PT May report) to include all links to the subsequent versions (she’ll highlight/emphasize the most recent version).
@Daisy Nip will update V6’s SCA query (to include additional variation(s) on special collections and archives locations --e.g., “…spec coll…”), and will update the V6 data tables; she let folks know when the data has been updated.
ALL - continue socializing and consulting locally regarding the V6 counts/data, approach and formatting of the data/reports.
