2	Current Practice Survey: campus updates	Updates from campuses regarding survey/form distribution; update on status and flag concerns.	30m	Entire team	UCB: CL is responsible for completing the form; she’s reached out to her colleagues, letting them know about the activity and that she’s completing the form and will engage them with questions as needed. UCB has some manual counts that they’ve been discussing locally; they want to see outputs from this project team before considering local changes. UCD: AL is completing the form on behalf her campus; she’s alerted her colleagues. UCI: EA is completing the form on behalf of her campus; she’s also reached out to her colleagues (~5) for them to share inputs/answers. The survey doesn’t contemplate multiple responses per campus; largely, this is ok. Potential future consideration on how to consider differences by type (e.g., law, health sciences) for those campuses that make the distinction in stats. UCLA: To update via email. UCM: SS will complete the form; she’s already begun working with a few colleagues; she foresees no issues with meeting the deadline. UCR: MP will fill out the form; she’s working with two local groups; no issues with the deadline. UCSD: HH is completing the form; working with a group of about 7 people to collaborate on responses; they think the deadline will be ok. UCSF: SB is completing the form; she’s reached out to a few colleagues to assist; no issues with deadline. UCSB: AA is also coordinating SB’s completion of the form; already reached out to folks; no issues with the deadline. UCSC: LW is already almost done; she accidentally submitted - she’ll resubmit with UCSC’s full responses. Insight: Can’t edit form responses once submitted; but let Chan/John/Lisa know, and then resubmit.		@Chan Li to re-send the PDF version of the form.
3	Harmonization Analysis: Subteam Update	Share updates	1m	Harmonization sub team	The subteam has met to discuss last week’s feedback (on the harmonization plan) from the project team; the subteam has initially discussed scope and how to best facilitate conversations (within the project scope; for future/next steps after the project). Subteam completed calendaring/planning to carry out initial analysis. More details to come.
