2	EUOS work plan	Understand what deliverables / how to form the group work plan		Chairs	Reviewed current state of the workplan, End user outreach environmental scan. Now have subgroups to work on completing the EUO outreach document. Before the WG meeting - develop the timeline as much as possible. Need a SILS information landing page before end of spring quarter. What needs to be on it? EUO determines How will we get the information that needs to be on it? EUO determines in conjunction with other SILS team Where will it live? Needs to be somewhere high level (UC website, COULs website, etc.) Potential move into https://libraries.universityofcalifornia.edu/about/initiatives - need to talk to PM group. Looks like UCOP owns the initiatives page. Who will build it? Requires specialized knowledge on website design. Need to determine where it will live first. How do we test before launch? EUO determines, later in the process. Where do people go for more information? Two tiered - “buck stops here” contact, plus other info based on page content. Will we store training materials here?
