  • RS OST:

    • RS Analytics subteam nearing completion of ‘phase 1’; encountered the ‘can’t delete erroneously named file in shared folders' issue

    • Tipasa Transition: “API discussion” meeting with OCLC

  • F OST :

    • Reviewing AFN Fines and Fees webpage language

    • AFN Consortial/Cash limit blocks testing will likely conclude in November. Subteam will summarize findings and recommendations including configuration and next steps.

    • Will start reviewing Hold notices language

    • In the process of establishing a RSFF team to work on the granularity of AFN protocols and procedures (missing self-service hold shelf items e.g.)

  • Acq + ERES: providing CDLNZPT feedback on shared vendors and invoicing testing in sandbox testing, licensing details, etc.

  • RM - no decision yet on CJK indexing changes; Gem put in a ticket for similar Primo questions.

Working with ExL regarding consortial users

  • OT members will be consortial users, meeting with ExL will be during a SILS OT meeting

    • should assist with management of tickets/issues

  • Project Flash

    • Fast track for older Primo tickets

    • No reported communications from campuses

  • CJK reindexing

    • ExL asked to provide details on resolution of issues from last time, solutions for future issues, process for escalation of issues

      • System backups are available (timeframe: previous 1-7 days)

    • As a result, the next reindexing will not happen in “November-ish” as previously planned, but will be conducted in “May-ish” instead

    • Resource Management Decision Page idea considered for tracking issues/solutions

  • ExL accounts

    • These accounts do not count against our named user accounts.
