4	Digital collection & UCLS next steps	10 minutes	Todd	Discussion on digital collection in SILS. Discussion on charging an action team to address questions on digital collection in SILS.	LG to discuss on moving forward on creating/charging group (Lynne and Todd to meet and discuss details on purpose of group and create framework). Tom to bring up topic with OT for feedback.

Discussion on RLF project team discharge and post-mortem.
6	DOC update	5 minutes	Sarah Troy	Most recent meeting was 1/17/23 please review the shared opportunities document (DOC Shared Service Opportunities 2020) for a future discussion about whether the existing opportunities need to be revised or if we need to add new opportunities. email will be coming from DOC Chair Alan Grosenheider, feedback requested from LG by 2/27 new DOC liaison to ILL Courier Shared Service Team is Sarah H. UC Palace Project Team is exploring a single opensource app for ebook reading. Looking at a UC trial instance of Palace. DOC will have some time with CoUL during their February 6-7 meeting
7	OT update	10 minutes	Tom Bustos	RCTF was voted by OT to be discharged. OT reviewing the recommendations. Lot’s to be learned from these and OT will be discussing further. EIMPT was kicked off and held their first meeting.
