4 | Basecamp Review | Review with FG items from Basecamp from other groups, pertinent to scope, including timeline. | 6 | Lisa S./ All | Quick review of known items. Individuals can flag submitted Basecamp entries for AEFG for easier searching/viewing.
Lots of questions requiring/waiting on deep answers/research from ExLibris. |
| All: keep a lookout for Basecamp items/local issues of note to our FG
|
5 | Resource Management Test Items / Discovery FG Test Items | Follow up on any RMFG items, discuss plans for Discovery FG intersecting items (re: CDI, other). | 15 | Lisa S. / All |
Discovery UX Evaluation - CDI-related analysis.
|
| (Holly says definitely check out the Alma Essentials CDI examples for an understanding. https://docs.google.com/document/d/19D4dqfzBlG37kTdfyowZo2TbNTxGy_sNsqGmV7nV-28/edit ) |
6 | FG Testing | Review of Decision Pages for final refinement, readiness for FG approval. What more needed from 10/28 to 10/30 for PPC? What may need to go beyond 10/30? | 30 | All | FG Testing - Identifying Escalation Items, Assessing Progress, Determining Next Week’s Work/Priorities
Notes for 10/28: 2) Can you edit a Vendor Code? Does it propagate to all associated POLs/Invoices? Prelim tests indicate Yes. (Would allow greater possibilities for adopting some Shared Vendor functionality after Go Live.) We’re being conservative due to inadequate understanding to feel comfortable committing to the amount of work and impact presented by implementing Shared Vendors by Test. 1) Still figuring out how NZ data displays in Primo much less how the workflows should be developed to support it. Workflows not crucial for prepping for Test load, other than the Shared Vendor decision. 3) Still confirming P2E outcomes and waiting on Basecamp responses on identifying seemingly duplicative portfolios/FRBR links, where blank/empty portfolios came from, etc. Haven’t identified details of the problems in order to develop/recommend solutions. There’s additional meetings scheduled that will inform this, so more time would be appropriate, |
| ALL: Subgroups get together to meet based on scheduling spreadsheet |
7 | Consortial Workflow Subgroup | Assessing status, any additional consulting outside of FG members to finalize related decision pages? | 10 | Lisa S. / Holly / all | Reporting Codes: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1y9Fl_DXqbavQxjiQtmnt93d-zerapvO3lM8TrUZsTmg/edit#gid=0
Notes for 10/28: |
| All: Please put in the category of data you’re using each Reporting Code Field for. [Lisa S. to check on this for 10/28 - and build into Decision Page as possible practice.] |
8 | Wrap-up | Identify/confirm next actions | 3 | All | November schedule (11/4 is day after election day; 11/11 is holiday; 11/18 is Ex Libris session on e-resources) - how best to fit in. Lots of Test data due by 11/23. Planning post-Vanguard activities: workflows to develop; configuration recommendations, etc. Items that may not need harmonization for test load but further out. |

9 | Parking Lot | To save for future discussion | 90/90 |
