4	FG Testing in Vanguard Environment	Check on Shared Vendors outcome; identify remaining checks to complete in next week.	15	All	Check on Shared Vendors Testing is continuing – vendors have been distributed. They are active, which we didn’t expect – thought they needed to have a vendor account and interface to be active. (They did create a vendor account; did not overwrite any local accounts already in existence for campuses already using that vendor code.) There are questions on basecamp pending about this behavior. Holly will identify a distributed vendor to use for testing local/cdl orders, by Monday. Would be helpful if some campuses document their testing with screenshots/zoom captures by next Friday. We will have premium sandboxes going forward – could conduct further testing there knowing it’ll be wiped out at predetermined times (twice a year?)	Will test shared vendors in Vanguard
5	General CDI Discussion	Update from AEFG Liaison(s) with Discovery FG for CDI; general review of CDI	15	Carla/ Holly	Discovery UX Evaluation - CDI-related analysis. Resources: Overview of CDI (Ex L documentation) CDI Overview for New Customers (Ex L - video) - and Single Activation Video See CDI Slack channel	We will have a place (google drive folder?) to pull together CDI-related info/documentation. Will need to revisit a lot of this in January.
6	Test Load Planning - More on MVP	Structuring continuation of testing from decision pages, transition from Vanguard to test.	15	All	Continued discussion of Minimally Viable Product, and expectations for go-live (Day 1, Month 1, etc.) for consortial functionality. How to shape test load stage, and policy/practice level discussion in AEFG? Planning post-Vanguard activities: workflows to develop; configuration recommendations, etc. Items that may not need harmonization for test load but further out. 12/2: See spreadsheet: Work Inventory for IT, work being done on MVP for the local level 12/9: See PPC spreadsheet in progress
