SILS Administrative Support

The administrative support roles for Leadership Group and Operations Team are to

  • Provide meeting management support, including taking minutes and ensuring minutes are publicly shared for the UC Libraries community; 

  • Support the applicable steering committee, including agenda-building, managing open topics/issues; 

  • Maintain the group’s Confluence site.

All overall administrative support is provided by the SILS Operation Center, this includes, but is not limited to 

  • Creation/retirement of Slack channels for project teams and subgroups

  • Creation/retirement of email listserv for project teams and subgroups

  • Creation of google shared folders for project teams and subgroups

  • Updating of SILS website 

  • Updating confluence/wiki for project teams and subgroups

  • Roster management for Slack, listserv, Confluence and google for existing groups.
