  • Decision page for requesting and NZ normalization process has been approved

  • Using a MARC field to exclude certain items (equipment, special collections) from display in Discovery Network

  • CDI will use Easy Active

  • MVP document can be shared publicly in view-only mode, has been shared with ICs

    • Considerations for keeping End User Outreach group in the loop document

SILS Chairs: there was a request to have us sign up to present at the Monday Project Update meetings again , however this has been changed so that we can request time if we would like to give updates.

5/5 Update:

From 001/002: E-Resources CZ/NZ/IZ linking/Campus Purchase Order Practice for Data Integration

  • Still testing potential use of reporting code for local purchases (we are not populating the new 4th or 5th reporting codes at this time; discussions are ongoing)

  • Lisa S. working on specific example of associating local order w/CDL order (Sage?); has asked Adriana to create an example CDL POL

From 003 Vendor Records/Import Profiles

  • AEFG/RMFG joint subgroup session 5/5 4PM

  • Feedback re: using NZ template but also needing IZ-based record adjustments.

  • Continued work on Brief Order/Update Inventory record loading. NZ-NZ or IZ-IZ.

5/12 Update:

  • 001/002: Any testing done yet in Analytics with 4th & 5th reporting code?

  • 003: From Lisa S: planning to have a near-final draft earlier the week of May 17 w/ the aim of hopefully being able to take to PPC on May 21

Test 4th & 5th reporting codes when these are added to Alma Analytics in the June 2021 release.

Consider that migrating campuses could use the code for migration with the understanding that it could be changed later if CDL needs them.
