2	Analytics Workshop Update	Provide an update		Date Confirmed: September 7-10 Trainer: Amanda Shriver Analytics Workshop folder on Google Drive CDL will host the zoom, IT hosts provide an introduction and manage the questions. Friday 11-12:30 still needed Need to add language about data privacy (recording) and showing environments Data Permissions Sheet Remember, IT members will manage permissions for campuses during the training.		Complete host sign-ups @Katie Ritchey (Unlicensed) and @Turnbow will update the host script (include individual sessions of which systems can’t be shown)
3	SILS Post Mortem & Handoff Due December 3	Introduce the documents		We will spend time at a future meeting (TBD) completing the post mortem and hand-off documents when all of us can attend. Please note any future IT meetings for which you will not be available to attend (between now and November 19). Our meeting on 9/10 will be cancelled due to the Analytics training. AA: BHA: 9/24 CB: 9/3 DT: 9/3, 10/22, 11/19 EMT: None atm, but schedule could change EQ: 8/20, 8/27, 11/12 JT: no conflicts KR: 10/8, 10/29, (9/24 is not ideal) PS: 9/3, 10/8, 10/15 SP: 10/8; 10/1 possible conflict		Everyone familiarize yourself with the post mortem document. Everyone note dates that you are not available to attend a future IT meeting. @Turnbow will determine which future IT meeting will be used to complete this document.
